How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. After that, delivery time depends on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country]): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by country)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Note: Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier issues, but we always work hard to get your order to you ASAP!

At KSJTThreads, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

✅ Returns

  • You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it for you (subject to availability).

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
